Item not as described on website and a fake. Communication very poor and only received an email when I initiated. Requests for a refund ignored and refused with vague timescales provided but not actual dates. Do not use.

Terrible experience. I ordered a Nike Nocta Hoodie Nov 29 2025, paid for shipping, and didn’t receive it until Jan 27 2026. When I received the hoodie, the quality was disgraceful and very clearly a replica. I had no idea it was going to be a replica, as the pictures posted on the DANEZON website are the same photos used on the official Nike website. Communication is only via email with DANEZON, and I haven’t been able to find out how to return this garbage bag, overpriced, hoodie they sent me. Very disappointed, do not recommend this company.

Ordered a jacket for my wife before Christmas. Received jacket a couple of weeks for Christmas, but did not giver it to her until Christmas morning. The jacket is too small. Tried to return it, but was informed that had to be returned withing 48 hours of receipt. Offered a 20 dollar credit on new purchase. Cannot order as a present unless you are giving it withing 48 hrs after receiving, but you do not know when you are receiving it after ordering it.

Company sent me a fake replica of the Carhartt Montana 50th Anniversary jacket. They charged a mid range price for a poor quality badly sewn fake product. The Carhartt logo literally screen printed and not leather. Cheap cotton material, not made of the duck canvas. Overall they ruined my son's Christmas surprise and refuse to make it right. Even shipping wasn't as promised and they made multiple excuses. I ordered on 11/5/25 and didn't receive until 12/19/25. DON'T trust this company!

Placed order on November 7th 2025, for two sideline Broncos hoodies & paid extra to ship within three weeks, Package was alleged sent through UPS , UPS cannot find package , Emails daily with questions to Danezon. Per email Asking what is the next step , their answer is the package is with UPS , but UPS does not have the package. Asked for refund of over 200.00 : do not have the x mas gifts to give now.

We would like to clearly explain that this delay is on the courier’s end (UPS). Once a parcel is handed over to the carrier, it is under their control, not ours. Delays during peak season are unfortunately common, and while we cannot physically move the package ourselves, we consistently follow up with UPS and monitor your shipment from our side. We are not, nor do we ever intend to, deceive our customers. All order records, shipment documents, and communication logs are properly maintained and available.
