The company inflates cost without informing the customer

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE. Called and spoke with a rep to place my order. Purchased 2 gold initial birthstone pendants. The website stated if I needed a rush order I could pay $9.95 each pendant for 2 day express delivery. The rep also stated that as she knew this was a time sensitive issue. Well that was a complete lie. After calling back again bc they got my address wrong another rep told me she’s not sure why the previous rep told you this and I will NOT be getting my order for 4-6 weeks. This company is a fraud and they blatantly lie on their website. Although they could not give me a reason why their website says this they just apologized. What a joke!!!!

Saw a promotion for a $10 coin and next thing I know I'm getting 30 and $40 charges within a month and apparently in the fine print you sign up for a subscription which you do not agree to. This company uses disgusting subscription trap tactics and is not a reputable upstanding company like they portray.

I bought their promotional coin for just $9, only to receive what turned out to be worthless junk... I gave it away, then I was automatically enrolled in a subscription coin I did not authorize. They charged me $35 this time. Avoid them, sneaky sales tactic!

Ordered April 29 for 25th anniversary. Adversited as ships in two days. Watched for it on May 6, 2026 called claims will be shipped out on the 20th a little late for anniversary. Cancelled order now have to rush shop elsewhere. No telling if I will get a refund.

I ordered a ring. Did not like it. Returned it and did not have a refund in the 2 week period they stated. Called customer service and she says “yes, I see we received it, I’ll put in request to refund it.” If I wouldn’t have called, I’d still be waiting to just have the request put in. Just ridiculous! According to them 2-3 business days more to get my refund.

thieves... they enroll you in their recurring coin / billing program w a misleading landing page, and then when you tell them to cancel.... they don't. Avoid these people.

Bought a "picture" of a beautiful birthstone ring in Dec 2025. Once I received ring the stone is a different color and now 3 months later the metal is turning an ugly color. I got ripped off for $130.00. I feel it is not worth $25.00!!!!DO NOT BUY FROM DANBURY MINT !!!!
