Checked my bank account and saw that they charged my card for $48 and some change for something. I haven't ordered anything from them in a very long time, i can't even remember when, really. So I called them and the man stated that I made an order on May 20th, 2025 from them for an initial amount (I can't remember how much, it wasn't a lot) and that it was an "open subscription" for two things. I told him to cancel the transaction. I stated i was going to have my bank investigate this and immediately tried his best to get me off the phone and then hung up on me. So I contacted my bank and they checked my past transactions, and I have nothing from May from Danbury at all. Checked all my other purchasing institutions and they also had nothing from Danbury in May at all. I checked my emails, nothing from Danbury. So now I am stuck without that money, waiting to see if they actually canceled the pending transaction on my account. Buyers beware! These guys will hit you for charges on things you have not bought. They are nothing but fraudsters acting as a legitimate entity. If that money does not return to my account, I will be filing a case with the United States department of internal consumer affairs in regards to this matter.

Horrible experience trying to reach this company via the customer service phone number and the email address. After placing an order, my credit card was charged and nothing was sent out. I was not able to reach anyone for help by both their phone number and email address. On top of not being able to reach anyone, last night, about a month and a half after my initial purchase, my Amex was charged $105.95, and I didn’t make a purchase on this website.

What dreadful quality and disgraceful customer service. Earing fell apart first time worn. There customer service is none existent. Would never purchase or recommend them at all. Dreadful company

Ordered a set of charm bracelets. Upon opening the package I lifted one bracelet out that was broken, with the pieces scattering all over. Including postage I paid over £100 for this - just a heap of rubbish! 1) It seems they are selling cheap tatt at inflated prices 2) Where is their quality control? They promised to send a return label but have not yet done so. Danbury Mint, if you are reading this, it refers to Order JYF201. Where is my returns label!? BEWARE!

Just received the advertised Kennedy half dollar and find out that I will now receive 2 coins a month which I didn’t agree to. They keep your account details and charge you each month without your permission. On speaking to them they don’t care what they do as long as they get your money.Keep away from this company.

Hit and miss? The gold is mostly plated but they do sell 9K gold which is good. I've purchased quite a lot inc Italian gold bracelet £199 is 9k. Skull bracelet £79 and England watch £149 to name a few. Swords are great and our majesty queen Sculpture wonderful £149. They keep bombarding you with magazines and letters so be warned!
