Wishes: -more neck massage. The chair doesn't really get to the neck. -foot massage to be a little better for shorter legs. The massage is so close, yet so far away. Notice that the massage parts seem louder even though chair is less than a year old. Need to find a time that I'll be home to have it serviced Overall, family loves the chair. Great place to relax and take a nap.

Voice activation not working properly

Mr. Reginaldo, Thank you for your feedback! A few of our newer models did have a minor software bug that impacted the voice command feature but we are pushing out a fix as we speak! Please get in touch with us and we will be happy to assist you. In the meantime, please use the remote controller without the voice feature--just for now, until we get things sorted out.
