The chair works fine. My whole family loves it

Great chair! My one suggestion is that they incorporate memory settings so that you don't have to manually put in your preferences each time.

We received our Daiwa massage chair and from day one to now its been great to have the chair. I feel a lot better each day and I am very excited the delivery guys were nice, polite and very informative on the product. I am look forward to learning more about the chair and the benefits of using the chair for my entire family.

We love the chair! The installation staff were friendly and did a good job. The sales women was very thorough and patient during the demonstration. Our only hang-up was a one month delay in delivery.

This a great chair for sure. I had tried others and even purchased a Human Touch chair and actually returned it to purchase the Daiwa Pegasus2. The only thing I can complain about is that the Bluetooth constantly disconnects and the voice command Control goes on while watching tv. Other than that it’s incredible, I use it twice a day every day. Has definitely helped my back pain.

I bought the chair because a friend of mine had an older version. But it seemed her chair did a better job at extending then mine. My chair is too gentle even when I turn it up to the more aggressive level.I would have given it a 5 star if it stretched me the way her chair did.
