Just a few minutes ago I went to buy my son's birthday cake as that is the only place he wants cake from. The lady on the drive thru laughed because I asked her what colors they had she said I have to go inside. I waited for her to let me know the price and she just ignored me. So I droved away.I always get my cake thru the window with no problem. I don't understand why she was rude about it. But not returning to that location. I hate that I have been going to that location for 11 years for my family's cake and as never had no problems til today. Always had gotten it thru the window. The people that work there are so rude. It was main St Johnson City TN.

Loved the service

I went to the Dairy Queen to order three blizzards for my family. There was this girl named alivia taking our order. while she was taking our order, she kept on giving us dirty. Looks and just acted like she didn’t wanna work there and when we got our order, one of the blizzards was messed up and when we asked her to remake it, she said no, so I will not be going back to this place.

We have always loved the Beef taco salad bowls from DQ, but today the beans were missing at the bottom in our salad. Disappointed 😞 If you do order, please check yours before leaving the drive thru!

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. DQ park royal Yesterday I was charged $10 for a medium orange juice, which I only noticed later when checking my bank statement. I’ve purchased the same drink at other DQ locations and it has never cost anywhere near $10. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a receipt, but I strongly believe this charge should be investigated. Please look into what is happening at this location, as other customers may also be overcharged without realizing it.

Went into this DQ with 2 Service Dogs and instantly the kid behind the counter inquired about them in the store. We told him they were service dogs. Not 10 seconds later, another kid came from the back and said they do not allow dogs in DQ. We explained again, they were service dogs. Then another 10 seconds and the manager come from the back and with an attitude tells us we need to leave because they do not allow pets. We AGAIN explained they were service dogs and she asked what service they provided. We explained and then she stepped over the line and commented rudely, If they show any aggression then we would need to leave. There was NO one in the place and only said that because they were of the bully breed. We left the rude and unlawful manager standing there and now will be contacting corporate DQ to file a formal complaint. She is lucky we do not press charges against her and DQ. Never have I had such a disrespectful experience at any establishment.
