Really great company to learn more about your fertility. I was really stressed as my wife and I have been struggling to make it happen. The rep I spoke to was really amazing and made me feel 100% comfortable asking any questions and I was able to complete a successful kit we plan on using in the future if needed. I did however forgot to register my cup and send it back and have to purchase another but they gave me a discount which was nice of them as it was my fault for forgetting this part. Long story short, register your cup right away so you do not forget and make sure to read the instructions right before you do it so you do not miss anything

FIRST OF ALL, Dadi advertises 24 hour turnaround, this is false advertising. The earliest date I could select was TEN DAYS after placing my order!! Then the kit was delayed another few days so by the time I could use my kit it was two weeks from purchase. And you don't find out until after you've paid. Very shady. SECOND OF ALL, Dadi is clearly re-using all their kits. Honestly it is digusting. I am imagining all the sperm from other men that I am now touching when I pick up the kit. Really nasty. THIRD OF ALL, I made an oversight when sending back my kit. I locked it up but forgot to note down the kit ID before sending it back. They refused to analyze my sample which is already frustrating. I e-mailed them and here's the best part, they told me I'd have to pay for a new kit!! They offered me a discount as if that makes it any better!! In conclusion, I found this service, slow, gross, and frankly scammy. I will be using one of their competitors.

I work as a network engineer that also works on microwave radio systems. I have always worried about me losing the ability to have children from work. Once I found Dadi I figured I should give it a try. The process was very easy I ordered the kit and then someone reached out and asked if I had any questions, once the kit arrived I collected my sample and took it to a Fedex drop off location. I got my lab report back within 36 hours even with a video of my sperm. Overall I think it is a little piece of insurance for $99 a year.

These Dadi Kits are awesome! They are quick, convenient, and efficient. They schedule a delivery date for your kit, you do your thing and then drop it off at a very specific type of FedEx that handles "dangerous goods" (make sure you double check this!!), and then within 24hrs of them receiving the kit, you get results! Also, Dadi has absolute WORLD CLASS customer service! I gotta give Dave from Dadi a shout out for this. This guy is a one man army and has the patience of a Saint! Every time I reached out for support whether it was by phone or email, he was on top of it. Prompt to take calls (or return them in one instance) as well as near instant replies via email. As many times as I reached out for support, I would have thought Dave should have been annoyed with me but he gave professional support each time. There's also something special about dealing with normal people in customer support and not random off shore call centers. I really feel like I can trust Dadi with my.... you know. :) Anyways, thanks Dadi and thanks Dave for your support/patience, I appreciate it!

had a great experience with Dadi, specifically with Dave. i'm preparing for a vasectomy and wanted a backup plan...ya know. just in case. i hit Dave with some pretty personal questions and he always responded promptly and with great advice. an easy and affordable option, highly recommend these guys

I really like most aspects of this service. The price is great. I was easily able to reschedule the shipment to my house easily when I needed to. Then it showed up exactly the day I was told. The kit itself was easy to use. Results were quick. I do wish there was more information explaining the consequences of low results for any of the tested categories. I'm searching google for answers now, but guess I may have to see a doctor. I definitely suggest people do this first as the price is righy, amd home so much more comfortable than a clinic.
