Great product great service!

Used this service to bank sperm before Chemotherapy and it was overall a great experience. I will say, you should only use this service if you have PLENTY OF TIME before you lose your fertility. It has nothing to do with DadiKit themselves but rather the postal service. I wouldn't recommend starting any procedure that will affect your fertility before you have confirmed they have processed and stored your sample. For me it took about 2 weeks to receive each kit, and then once I mailed it it was in within a week and processed by the next week. I had 6 vials stored with them and the process to retrieve them has been simple, secure, and painless. The instructions at first were a little hard to follow but after my 3rd sample they had nailed down the instructions. I will admit, it was disappointing to send in A 3rd sample, hoping to get some kind of detailed analysis after Chemo, but if they don't find any good sperm they just tell you it wasn't a viable sample and they don't give you any more info. I think they may have a service for this now but at the time it wasn't an option and I just basically paid $200 to be told it was a waste. Nevertheless, way cheaper than local collection sites (which I did twice), much less weird than going in to deposit a sample, and overall a successful endeavor. I'll say it again, if you're in a rush, go to a local place, if you have some time, this is the way to go.

I really like most aspects of this service. The price is great. I was easily able to reschedule the shipment to my house easily when I needed to. Then it showed up exactly the day I was told. The kit itself was easy to use. Results were quick. I do wish there was more information explaining the consequences of low results for any of the tested categories. I'm searching google for answers now, but guess I may have to see a doctor. I definitely suggest people do this first as the price is righy, amd home so much more comfortable than a clinic.

I found this service to offer what I was looking for: Reasonably priced, a quality specimen collection product, a fast turnaround results report and continuous professional service by Dave. I would only recommend if they would offer also a thaw check of the sample as to ensure viability once the specimen is needed in the future...but I think this depends on the New England Cryogenic Center's capability. As one who has recent prostate cancer, this service is very valuable for someone that wishes to still have children post radiation therapy sessions...if all goes well that is!

Very quick delivery and turnaround time. Report isn't as in-depth as I was hoping.

Fast turn around time and results were easy to understand for the most part. I do wish for the extra fee they would break down the motility number - there are many values and percentages of great importance that would come from that further breakdown.
