I ordered this dress under the pretense it was made in the USA and shipped from the USA.... After placing my order my tracking updates indicated differently, now with that being said I gave this review 4 stars because the dress I ordered was exactly as it shown and the fit was true to size, so I will order again.

Shopping online @ dacelyn.com was easy & the shipment time to Western Canada was good. The sweaters were packaged in individual zippered bags. They're so soft & look pretty much the same as the pictures. I bought one that was multi-coloured and the colours are vibrant and look great. They aren't as big as I thought, I ordered a large based on the measurements online - but they're stretchy and the fit is perfect. The length is not as long as I thought they would be. One of the sweater styles was "slouchy", but it is not. All in all, as a first time buyer, I'll know for next time, how they fit (shorter in length than I thought they'd be). It's not a deterrent as they're really nice fabrics and look really good on. So, not quite a 5 star, but a 4 star review and I'm happy with my purchases.

This company is a fraud and scam. It took a month and a half to receive my order, the quality was awful and not what was shown on the website and there is a button that is falling off when I received it. They claim that they have 24/7 customer service but that is not the case. I tried to cancel my order and it did not happen and then they said that they would credit me $5 once I received my order. This is a total scam and a horrible company. I am sure they don't care and will do nothing to correct this.

I liked the sweater but would have loved to know that it fits to size and does not look like in the photo. I would need to have gone up a size or 2 and I bought a large.
