I placed a order in October for a trip in December and it didn't arrive until after the trip. I kept checking on you order and the only response I got was, "it has shipped." No date was ever provided. Disappointed.. Product quality was good.

It took 8 weeks to get my items and the colors are not as vibrant as advertised but the sweaters are true to size. One other downfall is there are no care instructions on either item. Im hoping that once they are washed they will still fit & look the same as before being washed.

Took 2 months to receive my order. The quality of sweater and dress I ordered is VERY disappointing. Have requested my options to return items. Not satisfied considering what I paid.

Before I ordered this gorgeous sweater I checked the reviews on this company and they were stellar. This is pretty obvious these reviews are not real customers. First, this company was supposed to ship from Indiana and when I received the email that it shipped it took a week for USPS to receive the order AND it arrived in LA?!? When my sweater finally arrived, it was the same color and pattern but the quality and size was not what I expected. It was pictured as long bodied, thick and looked very soft and what I received was very short, material is so thin it's see through and itchy and uncomfortable. Will not purchase from this company again

Ordering on line was great. Items were nice but just did not like the material on me. I sent email to return department (which says everything can be returned) and I am told they will only give me 19 dollars of the 97 I spent however I can keep the items. I responded back I did not want to keep the items and was told the max return amount was 28 dollars or I could pay the VERY high shipping cost to return to Dubai. I think they need to make this clearer in their website! So be sure what you order is what you want! Won’t be using them again nor will I suggest them to anyone else!! On website at the top it states “free return within 30 days”. False statement!!

The sweaters are absolutely gorgeous. The shipping took about 2 and a 1/2 months to get to me therefore I will never order from this company again

Why are there no labels indicating washing instructions or type of fabric on any of the items??? How do I know how to care for the dresses I purchased? Forget about returning something you purchased as well, they will only offer you 40 percent back and you keep the item you don't want.
