** I was going to still give more stars on this review until I received the email to do this review and uncovered a DISREPUTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. The email first asked me to pick if I was happy or unhappy with my purchase. When I chose Unhappy, it did not give me an option to do a review. I went back and chose Happy instead and suddenly I was taken here to do a review. They are clearly mining for only good reviews. This is SLIMEY!!! They are not allowing bad reviews. Regarding their customer service....I spent over $1,500 on clothes. I was told I'd receive order in 25-30 days. At 35 days, tracking still said they were packing my order. I contacted customer service and they said they were waiting for some items to be back in stock to fulfill my order. I asked them why they didn't ship the items that were in stock. They refused. My options were to cancel the items not in stock or wait for all items to be in stock. They couldn't tell me what would happen if other items went out of stock while waiting. I gave it a bit more time but at 45 days I canceled the put of stock items. This is such bad customer service. They put saving a few bucks in shipping costs over their promise to fulfill my order. They didn't communicate or even give me options. Some of those were gifts. I would have preferred to receive in stock items and then have the rest shipped when available. I don't have time to watch their website for items to come back in stock. And it's a bad policy for them as they lost business and a customer shipping costs. I liked the clothes but they are inexpensive because all are made in China and I was charged international fees on Paypal.

The Christmas items were very poor quality they were not at all representative of the advertised quality. The quality looked like sparkling sequins, when the 2 x Christmas items arrived, the nylon material is awful and they are ironed on transfers and look very dull and flat. Nothing at all liked advertised. Very expensive for the material and transfer, could have done these myself on t-shirts for a fraction of the cost charged.

Thought I got Scammed, Took forever to get my order, and my tracking never showed any movement. I emailed company and never got a response. One of the tops were to small and did not bother with trying to return it.

I ordered three shirt they are horrible; they photo shop their pictures they post on Facebook. It is impossible to return - see message from Dacelyn. Dear customer: The best we can offer is US$40,are you willing to accept it? Our return address in Dubai.The shipping costs are too high to be worth the reward. If you insist on returning, you must pay the freight by yourself. Over 45 days and still haven't received my order. They won't respond to email, messages or phone messages. Tracking says it's been in CA since 11/27 with the shipping partner. Asked if they would follow up worth the shipping partner, Pitney Bowes, but they are refusing to respond to emails. Will not Order from them again! Would recommend you avoid this company completely!

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Over 35 days to be delivered and the items were not even close to what was advertised. Getting a refund is next to impossible and they expect me to pay to return items to China....even though their post said they were made and shipped from Greenwood, IN. Beware....this company is a scam and I will never buy from them again.

I purchased a dress and the quality of the material was horrible.The material was shiny and color was very different than photo. Their website says they do returns and exchanges, However when I reached out to their customer service department, they responded that they would NOT RETURN and only offered to credit me $11 for my order that was $39.00. I was not even offered an exchange. They stated their warehouse was in Dubai and the cost to ship the item back was expensive. Beware before you purchase anything from this website.

I placed an order on 10/12 when I saw that the items were made in the US and shipped from Indiana. After a few weeks, I reached out several times and finally was told that one of the items was on backorder, that it would be shipping soon. On 11/10, I got a tracking number. On 11/24, it's finally trackable, and it's in Los Angeles. That's a bizarre route to take to Wisconsin from Indiana. Chinese scam. Avoid.
