Placed my first ever order 2 days ago, contacted customer service twice, no answer. Order still shows as processing. Will give them until the end of the holiday weekend before requesting a refund. Will update if anyone reaches out and tells me what's going on with my order. Not a great first impression, was hoping to be able to continue with them..... They got the money and I got an email congratulating me on my first order. Other than that, nothing. UPDATE: they finally reached out to me today and apologized for the delayed response. Now I'm just waiting for the order to be shipped and the tracking number issued. But at least now I don't feel like I may have been scammed by a look alike website.

I ordered two (2) bags of gummies and five (5) carts and they only sent me one (1) bag of gummies and the five (5) carts. Emailed customer service and they told me to send them a picture of the items. So I did. And they ghosted me. But I got this email saying to review their website so here I am. My family and I are all 420 friendly and have always ordered from this site but we will order elsewhere from now on. Simple thing just send me the gummies I paid for.

I tried using your live chat to cancel my order and no one got back to me, I email customer service saying please cancel my order but it was too late.

Product showed up on time and thats is probably the only good thing about it, the product itself is weak very very weak it take a whole cart to feel anything for the price I am going back to my dispensary where for the price ill get a real high.

I didn't receive all the products I ordered

I received my order today but I was missing my 1gram cartridge from my order and I didn’t receive notify that I would only receive the 2 gram disposable pen. So I hope it come soon. Will update when I receive it.

My first order and wasn't all there?? Want me to send a picture of what I received.. Why? You know what you didn't send what I paid for!! That made me feel like you thought I was dishonest!! Very unhappy!! I should have stayed with GBO...
