Awful customer service. I placed an order which fortunately I took a screenshot of at the time of purchase because they never sent me an email receipt. When I contacted them about getting a copy of my receipt they asked me for my order number at 4am which I responded to at 7am with the screenshot containing the order number. Then, they proceeded to never respond to that email or the two follow up emails I sent despite having successfully billed me for the goods I don’t have receipt for or any information on. I had to inform them I’m left with no other option aside from doing a charge back and leaving a review for others to be aware that they will absolutely scam you for goods without hesitation. $100 spent to have no service provided

I don't know who runs trust pilot but dabpens.com really needs to be reported they sold me some thca vapes that were not thc they looked pink and made me sick got in touch with them they said they would refund my money then nothing they are scamming people and are gonna make them sick with what there selling I don't know how to report them but I hope someone can.

shipped me a non sealed package with nothing inside beware as customer service doesnt exist.

Can I give a negative review. Its weird, their product is great but they lie about the shipping. YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER!!!!!! The sad part is that if possible I could drive to them to pick up my product, yes im that close but it still takes at least a week to get my product with 1-3 day paid for fast shipping. And now they refuse to refund my 12.95 dollar fast shipping

These guys have the best carts especially for the price, great flavors and they're delivered right to my house, I definitely recommend.

Love dabpens but every once in a while I get one that malfunctions and won't work or take a charge. I texted company and they said just warm up the device.. it doesn't work, the device is full and dead
