Lately, every order always has a damaged Banana Candy. Every single order. Most recent order had 2 damaged, leaked half the oil out. Always the Banana Candy too. It's becoming such an issue I'm considering taking my business elsewhere & I order every 2 weeks faithfully for the past year.

One was half full and leaking

I have had several bad experiences with their products. First problem: sometimes the capsules come with less liquid and sometimes they come full, second the capsules leak from the bottom and third problem happened that after one pull the pen stayed sucking and throwing out smoke until all the liquid was wasted and also I know that it got so hot until it stopped turning on. I never made a report of anything because I always have the hope that my next purchase will be different but I would have liked a gift from you if you really consider me a loyal customer to you despite the inconveniences

My order was short 1 cartridge

Like I have told John in the past, these newer 2oz pens get clogged and most of the time there is a lot of waste. I buy these because of the convenience and ease of purchasing. I keep looking around and still really have not found an easier option. Eventually I will find someone that has something that doesn’t have these issues. Until then, I guess I will keep getting these but not the best quality.

This is usually my favorite but lately. It’s been tasting not so good at all 🥲. Almost burns my throat ina weird way. 💔

I’ve always been pleased with my orders. This time the device is different and the hit is very little. If I’d known the device was different I wouldn’t have ordered so many☹️
