Hi trust pilot, after reading the reviews, I'm not sure why they don't have 5 stars! We bought the Ashby Chesterfield Large 3-Seater Sofa in Fern Green Velvet. Our couch was delivered on time, we received many email notifications telling us when it was shipped and the process to schedule the delivery was seamless. The couch was exactly as pictured and SO simple to put together (just screwing in legs). 10/10 couch, great company, not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

The item I ordered was damaged in shipping. Keenan on the Customer Service Team was responsive, professional, friendly, and efficient in resolving the issue. I am very grateful for his help.

Ordered a TV cabinet kept me informed from start to finish . Gave me a 3 hour window for delivery keep track on my phone. Tv cabinet was well worth the money well made looks great in my living room

Cannot fault their customer service with regards to letting you know when delivery will be. This was done via telephone and email. No decrement to Daals but the cushions on the back of my outside seating were not big enough and the back of the seating dug into my back. Being disabled I cannot use it. Also, I cannot afford to send it back as I have to pay postage and being on a state pension it is a no go, especially when I bought 2 of the items.
