I get why people get upset with them, the customer service is very mechanical and once it’s processed they can’t cancel, which is probably true on their end. It also took about a month to get to me and you pay for shipping for orders under $999. BUT I love my couch. Looks exactly like the picture, perfect color, fabric, design, and is comfortable. The delivery company was great too. I think it’s a hit or miss depending on what you buy and what delivery company is used in your area honestly. Also a couch has less odds of getting damaged in shipping and their return policy is harsh even for issues like this. In the end, it’s a bit of a gamble but if you’ve already ordered from them, don’t panic. If you do not receive your item within 30 days of purchase or the item does not match the description, you can dispute it on your credit card.
