They send you a terrible product, charge you a restocking fee, tell you you need to arrange to have it shipped back, but couldn’t answer any of the questions needed to make the shipping arrangements. Would only reply via email and each email took 24 hours for a reply.

I ordered a table online, the website had returns within 30 days from being listed on their page. I received the item and the color was different that the image, and if I want to return the item I have to pay for high shipping costs on my own own, pay a 25% re-stocking fee and figure out how to take their item to the post office. So in all I paid about $500 for the item with shipping cost and restocking I get to pay $300 to return the item back to them. Please be careful.

They have my money I have nothing no communication and poor poor customer service . Contacting my credit card company to report fraud .

I was initially excited to order from Daals, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. My order was supposed to be delivered within the advertised timeframe, but after waiting more than two weeks with no updates, I had to contact customer service myself to find out what was happening. That's when I was informed that the dressers we had ordered was actually out of stock. There had been no proactive communication or notification from Daals despite the delay. To make matters worse, because the unavailable item reduced my order total below the $1,000 free delivery threshold, Daals refused to honor the free delivery that was offered when I originally placed my order. I don't think customers should be penalized because of inventory issues that are entirely outside their control. Delays can happen, but poor communication and an unwillingness to make things right left a very disappointing impression. I hope Daals improves its inventory management, communicates delays proactively, and shows more flexibility when issues are caused by the company rather than the customer.

Do NOT order from daals.com. I placed an order for furniture, and they have failed to deliver it. Their customer service is non-existent—there is no working phone number to speak with a human, and email support provides no resolution. My money is stuck with them with zero accountability or timeline on delivery or refund. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

I was considering purchasing an item and was on the last page of checkout. I wanted to go back a page to check on something in the order and -- I guess -- hit the Complete Purchase button. As I went back, I decided not to purchase. A few minutes later, I got a confirmation email about my order. I IMMEDIATELY replied requesting a cancellation. I also went on their live chat and was assured by the rep that she would put the order on hold. The next day I got an email that they didn't know if they could cancel the order. I replied with the information I got back from the Live Chat rep. This morning they informed me that they could not cancel the order because it has already been dispatched. They had an entire day to cancel my ON HOLD order before dispatching it. I call BS.

Horrible do not buy from them. The furniture fell apart on putting it together. Cheap particle board. Customer Service will not refund or accept a refund claiming we did something wrong. We were only on step 3 of 10 steps. Stay away.
