They are horrible!!!!!!!!! We bought sofa bed it is disgusting broke and uncomfortable we talked them they said they can change with same product! No refund no change with something else. I never see someone stealing people’s money like this!!!!!!!

Worst company avoid at all cost. Sent me half a bed , and now won’t collect it, fraudulent company please don’t use them.

Purchased solina sofa bed, arrived in reasonable time Friday 8th dec, erected on Saturday the 9th, sat on the sofa for 30 minutes and the sofa collapsed, the front leg rivet had come out, breaking all the thin plywood behind it. I emailed them with photos straight away, I received a reply just after midnight asking me to send pictures of the huge box it came in before they can respond???? the box was bigger than our living room and was taken to the tip straight away, the fabric that covers the sofa is all baggy also, I would not expect that after 30 minutes. I have tried to place an honest and accurate review under the item on their website and it is removing my 1 star review based on the product and service. A suitable reply would have been, yes I can see that the sofabed is not fit for purpose, we can replace or refund and collect, not can you take a picture of a cardboard box before we respond?! trying to get it collected and refunded but I wont hold my breath, I can see me having to escalate this..... are they aloud to remove accurate reviews? is it not misleading the public? Anyone else reading this if you have had a bad experience please email rip off Britain, I have, and the more of us that do gives us more chance of exposing this company. Let's not let anyone else lose money to this company! The seemingly russian roulette furniture store that don't like returns or refunds! PayPal will not refund because they say by screwing the legs in I have altered or repaired the item! These guys have everything covered, be warned!

Preordered a dining table that was supposed to be shipped after restock 11/14. My credit card was immediately charged. A few days after the announced restock date, I hadn't received a shipment notification and checked with customer service on the order status. They told me the table had not been restocked yet and a new date was not available. I was told the table may not be available by the seller anymore. I asked for a refund if they can't fulfill the order which was confirmed. Then they send me a message saying the order was getting ready to be shipped and to ignore the previous message. Then I get another message saying the cancellation went through. I really wanted to have that table since it was exactly what I had envisioned and only canceled because it was no longer available according to customer service. I see shipments have since gone out and people review it but I am not able to order it again. Terrible customer service.

The chair is cheap and useless and the customer service was beyond words. So unhelpful and so unsupportive. Even speaking with the ‘owner’ via email the same response. Waiting now on legal support as this company are selling expensive chairs when the quality and support is below acceptable. Do not touch with a barge pole !!!

Order ID #261459 I cancelled my order of a dining table because it failed to be delivered. Now I’m told I have to wait for a refund until the dining table is returned to Daals from their XDP distributors’s warehouse - on current performance, this could take weeks! Reply from Customer Services: “This was raised to our management team, and apparently, we can't raise the refund until the item is back to us. Please be advised that this is our standard process for refund/cancel orders. If a dispute with Paypal will be open, this can delay the refund up to a month. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. Yet again, apologies for the inconvenience.” Rubbish!

Awful experience and virtually no customer service. Paid extra for swift delivery and we r to wrong house. Still no response as to when I will receive my chairs. After reading reviews about poor quality I am dreading receiving them! Do not buy from this company unless you are happy to lose your money!

Bought a pair of chairs from this company. The product arrived quickly, and it was well packaged. Unfortunately however when I built the chair I noticed the metal frame was a bit "twisty" in that when you sit on it, it felt a little wobbly. I called the support number and after 45 minutes of the phone ringing, someone finally answered. I was told to send a video of the problem which I did. You can see the chair wobbling. I was then sent a mail asking me to check the bolts and that there was no fault and if I wanted to return I would have to foot the shipping cost. I checked the bolts and they were tight. The chair still wobbles. I then sent an email quoting the consumer credit act and that goods that are not satisfactory quality need to be handled by the supplier. Two days later, no answer! So I called them again, waited another 45 minutes and finally someone answered. I was then basically told that the chair did not have a fault and as far as they were concerned I would need to pay to return the item. They then told me that I effectively should not move too much once seated on the chair!!! I was then told that their policy was in line with UK law so I would need to pay to return and that I could not speak to a team leader and someone will call me back. Basically this company is not trading in accordance to the law. They could have easily dealt with this problem but instead decided to escalate the situation. The bottom line is they are at fault and for them to arrange shipping would be around a 10 GBP cost. but instead they choose to deliver terrible customer service! I would never buy anything from this company again, and I would be very wary of their customer supports if you are buying something!
