I had time to receive a reminder for the rating before having the product ordered.. It said delivered the 16 but I only received the key october 20 through my email even if it said delivered

Our review reminder emails are sent three days after delivery, not before an order is placed. For your order, the reminder was sent on October 19 at 12:01 PM.
