Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on October 16 at 11:16 AM and delivered at 12:01 PM — a total of 45 minutes from order to delivery. Our review reminder emails are sent three days after delivery, not before an order is placed. For your order, the reminder was sent on October 19 at 12:01 PM. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future customers.
