We're sorry you lost your items, but items in Diablo II: Resurrected cannot be "faulty" or defective. There is no difference between an item purchased from us and the same item obtained normally in-game. Once delivered, they function exactly the same and cannot disappear because of where they came from. The items were successfully delivered, received, equipped, and used on your character. If items were lost following a death, then something occurred during the death or corpse recovery process. This can happen due to circumstances such as inventory space, equipment requirements, or how a corpse is recovered. The items themselves cannot cause this to happen. The loss resulted from something that occurred in-game after the death, not from any defect or issue with the items we delivered.

First, delivery times are clearly stated on the product page (12–72 hours) in bold for a reason. Your key was delivered within that timeframe. Updates to the game can occasionally occur during that window, and when they do, bots are temporarily taken offline while developers push a safe patch—this is standard and outside of our control. Second, there is no “3.47” version, and none of the versions provided are “a month old.” That information is simply incorrect. We also have no record of you reaching out to us through our website or our Discord for support. Our team does require proof of purchase before assisting, as we regularly get users who did not buy from us attempting to access support. Lastly, the statement about being banned for “forgetting to run day.exe” does not make sense. The bot cannot run without it. As with any third-party automation, there is always an inherent risk of bans, which is clearly understood when using such tools. This order was for newly released charms that are not kept in standing inventory and must be sourced after purchase. This was explained at the time of ordering, along with the fact that the customer would receive an email once the items were ready for delivery. Within approximately 15 hours of placing the order, the customer contacted live chat multiple times requesting immediate delivery. As soon as a refund was requested, a full refund was issued immediately, with no delivery made and no funds retained. We always aim to be transparent and fair, and some brand-new or limited items require additional time before delivery.

We have made multiple attempts to ensure this customer's order is fulfilled. Several order confirmation emails were sent, followed by three additional personal reminders that the order was ready for pickup. The customer even responded to one of our emails, albeit with a question unrelated to the order, which confirms they received and saw our messages. Despite this, the items for this order are still waiting to be picked up, and we’ve made every effort to communicate effectively. With thousands of successful deliveries, we are committed to providing timely service and maintaining clear, simple instructions for order pickups on all platforms—PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch. After seeing this review, we sent a fourth email in a final effort to resolve the issue and requested the customer update or remove the review. It's also worth noting this customer left an identical review for another gaming company, suggesting there may be other factors at play. Unfortunately, Trustpilot’s policies prevent us from having this review removed, but we stand by our efforts and believe our many positive reviews reflect the quality of service we strive to provide.
