good hosting for its money. The only downside is the fact that the experience on smartphones sucks. Couldn't get into cPanel unfortunately.

Hi there! Thank you so much for leaving a review and for the feedback, and I apologize for the delay. Have you tried contacting us regarding this? We take user experience very serious and a fundamental aspect of that is usability - including UX/UI of our interfaces. For example, we recently pushed out Dark Mode for our client area at the request of some clients. I would truly love to hear more about your experience and see how we can improve it - ie, what aspects aren’t very user friendly on mobile, etc. Could you please respond to our “Find Reviewer” request or contact our support team so we can get any suggestions implemented?
