If your site was down for an extended period of time, it could have been due to technical issues with the framework or code of the site, resulting in errors that make your site unavaliable. Hi Collide, I sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had with us. Unfortunately, we made a bad hiring decision and did not properly vet a freelancer that we hired to promote our hosting. This resulted in him mass-dming users in multiple discord servers, which we were not aware he would do ahead of time. That said, we take full responsibility for this, as it is indeed our fault for not asking more about his methods. I assure you this will not happen again. I can also promise you that this is no-way a representation of our customer service and service offerings. We've committed to hiring employees long-term on contract instead of for one-off jobs to ensure knowledgable and professional employees and prevent incidents like this from happening again.
