Not so good, the packs and plugins feel like a waste of money given the price. However I appreciate the free stuff they put out.

scammed me out of 33 dollars i cant believe the nerve of these people i had to get pay-pal involved and im waiting on them to fix the problem or F off im absolutely disgusted by these peoples way that they treat there customers very poor i was sent an email that told me how to find my downloads the bundle i ordered wasn't there wont be buying ever again! To make matters worse there support lied to paypal to get my dispute closed oh hell no i called paypal back and sent them screenshots of all the ignored emails the freebies are great but don't buy into the hype im very dissatisfied with the services rendered they mute you in there livestreams if you speak the truth about there sales tactics i was muted just now on there anniversary stream 3 times they do not care about you at all and will gladly mute you with no ?s asked Also steven was drunk and high outta his mind on the livestream it was and absolute Disgrace

2/5 ?! c'est quoi cette note que les gens mettent??!!! les gars sont honnêtes, même si oui, leur marketing est un peu agressif par moment... enfin, ils ne font que DONNER des packs GRATUITS, des PLUGINS GRATUITS, également. ils font des PROMO super intéressantes TOUT LE TEMPS, également. leurs plugins ne sont pas chers, et souvent en promo souvent. les gars, sérieux... s'inscrire à une mailling-list, vous trouvez ça grave??!!! au pire, si ce que vous recevez comme mail régulièrement ne vous plait pas, alors vous pouvez vous désinscrire à tout moment! chose que je ne ferais pas à votre place, si vous voulez choper une TONNE de TRUCS GRATOS! dernièrement, ils ont sortit PLEINS de plugins... je les ai quasi tous eu gratos! juste parce que je suis inscrit à cette fameuse mailing-list, à leur insta, et leur youtube. vous appelez ça des arnaqueurs, des voleurs?!! ma parole, au plus on donne aux gens, et au moins ils sont contents!!!! 🤪 ouinnnn! 😢😩 il faut donner son adresse mail! c'est ridicule! 😅 CONTINUEZ COMME ÇA, CHEZ CYMATICS, VOUS ÊTES DES GOATS!!! 💪🔥 🍆 ... euh, nan, pas à ce point! 🤣

Cymatics are a bunch of charlatans. Following days of invitation emails with freebie enticements, they waste people's time on their unstructured and disorganised (too frequent) long livestreams - any time between 3 to 12 hours in duration, depending on how they feel. Promises of free sample packs and plugins are fulfilled (sometimes partially) on these sessions via a web page with products appearing and disappearing randomly. Customers have limited time during the session to unlock items and place in their shopping basket. Discounted deals and packages are sprinkled in too with timed countdowns for purchase slots. Some freebies are also offered via the timers. Livechat requests from customers are selectively ignored by the team in the main. This leads to participants 'spamming' out of desperation for a response - ultimately they end up being blocked from the chat. Sadly, there's nonchalant self-indulgence and unprofessionalism in the ringmaster's approach to making disposable sample based 'music' with poor musical knowledge. There's mainly inane chat throughout, led by the ringmaster involving his team and their guests (sometimes reacting to the live chat). They seem to use the live chat as a gauge to measure audience engagement, occasionally requesting feedback from their viewers with further immature banality. The livestreams are not educational or informative, just rambling content with questionable opinions and some jamming on DAW based sessions (the team and co tinkering with samples utilising Cymatics plugins, with occasional guest vocalists and musicians). During the jamming, their plugins and samples are demonstrated sporadically often without clarity - lack of product knowledge appears to be evident with the CEO. Ultimately, these boring and yawn inducing livestreams are one long sales & marketing pitch, massaging the ego of the CEO and trying to beat customers into submission with various tricks to buy their products. They treat their customers with contempt as the livestream peters out with dwindling domestic & international participants on different time zones desperate to get some sleep.

Has to be the worst customer support system I've experienced in recent years. Replies are once a week, only to be informed my email was 'buried' somehow and then I'm asked to repeat the very steps I've already done and sent screenshots for WITHIN THE SAME THREAD of communication...then have to hear Steve brag about Cymatics being the biggest this and that after recommending everyone reach out to their support for any concerns. Constant false advertising emails.

basically scammers, they never stop spamming you emails and SMS, the plugins barely work or dont work at all, their support doesnt reply, and they'll ban you from their sh*tty streams if you criticize them about it. Their sample packs are either stolen or poor quality and recycled from 7 years ago. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME

Cette entreprise a prélevé plusieurs fois des sommes sur mon compte en prétendant que je me serais "abonné"... A aucun moment je n'ai reçu d'indication claire sur un quelconque abonnement. De plus, j'ai envoyé plusieurs messages (emails) de protestation et ils ne m'ont pas répondu. Je peux le prouver. Ils inondent ma messagerie de propositions, et ont ignoré ma demande de ne plus m'envoyer de message(s). Cela s'apparente à du harcèlement. Je déconseille vivement cette entreprise.
