Great sample packs, poor website
Great samples, but the website is extremely lacking. There is no way to change your password, or any personal info at all, without sending in a plain text form that will be responded to "within 30 days". Sections to do this seem to have existed on their website in the past (according to Google searches) but are no longer accessible. As for the product being sold, the sample packs, I have used them for many years in various situations, and they have been consistently great and easy to use.
