I ordered a bike from Cycrown on June 26th, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. My order was supposed to arrive by June 30th, but as of now, I still haven’t received the bike. To make things worse, they sent me a broken battery before the bike even arrived. It was poorly packaged, had cracks, bent wires, and looked completely unusable. I’ve reached out to their customer service multiple times, but they take days to respond, and each reply just gives me the runaround with no real solution. After digging deeper, I realized I’m not alone. I joined their Facebook group and saw tons of other customers complaining about missing bikes, broken parts, and lack of support. Even worse, I noticed that any negative comments on their social media and YouTube videos are quickly deleted — including mine. They’re clearly trying to hide how many people are unhappy with their service. It also seems that many of the positive YouTube reviews are sponsored or paid for, which gives a misleading impression of the company. Cycrown comes off as a legitimate brand at first glance, but based on my experience and what I’ve seen from others, I would say this company is not trustworthy and does not stand behind its products or customers. Avoid Cycrown. Save your money and go with a reputable brand.
