Good Bikes, Terrible Warranty when something goes wrong.
I was so pleased with the bikes when we first got them. But in less than a year, the motor failed. Back in June the motor failed and I've been back and forth with them because it is SUPPOSED to fall under the warranty(I have emails stating it does). In June I was told that replacement motors were not being shipped to Canada until the first week of August. That's not the case. Long story short, they are now saying that only the motor core parts are available. They won't honor the full motor warranty replacement, will not cover the cost of the labor and saying that now only the core parts can be shipped. Buyer BEWARE. All is good until something fails and then they will do whatever they can to avoid ANY cost to them to to make things right. I suggest buying a bike that is either Canadian or USA made and avoid ANY "overseas" excuses from these guys. I loved this bike. My wife loves hers(we bought TWO). But I've been without a bike now for 2 months, the entire summer and I've been getting the run around because they don't want to spend any money. There was the option for a local shop to repair the bike while I was waiting for the motor replacement, but if that happened, then they wouldn't replace the motor. Buyer Beware.
