Customer service was informative and willing to answer all of my questions, and they didn’t try to sell me a service I did not need. I paid for the PFAS test and received it in 2 days. I sampled my water and sent it back immediately. Within 5 days my results were in my email. I learned about chemicals in my water that I was unaware of. I knew abt PFNA and PFOA, but PFHxA was unexpected and never reported on by my municipality as being a contaminant in our water. The PFHxA level was more than double what the EPA considers as safe.

Great value for a reasonable cost, kept us updated when they received our results, and got us our results promptly.
