I liked how easy and inexpensive it was to test my well water for PFAS. Much less expensive than other testing options.

Excellent customer service. I've called a couple times now with questions and both secretaries have been friendly and informative

The kit was easy to follow, came ready to ship back (just drop off at UPS), and got my results within 5 days from when they received the sample. It has put our minds at ease knowing what is (or isn’t) in our water! The whole process does take a bit of time (probably a month or so) from the time you order to when you get your results, but that’s expected and wasn’t a surprise.

While the test does detect pfas, it is actually 26.5% higher then the state’s pfas test on the same well. Therefore it may be alittle misleading in regards to the actual amount of contamination compared to a “normal” amount or state regulated amount some of the things it adds on the total are not on the other test therefore very hard to decifer in regards to validity. While it is a good tool for someone with limited financial ability to test to get a rough idea if there is contamination present I trust the other results from the state. Updated response: no one said it is inaccurate I said it is hard to determine the accuracy as both tests test for different things!

Our results never include a false positive. I wonder how much time elapsed between tests and if the contaminated water table has increased the PFAS detections in your water. I would venture to guess that the state's test results and our test results are both right. The only way to compare is to test using both methods at the same time. Thanks for sharing your opinion though. We always learn and improve what we do.

Good turnaround on test results.

From the first conversation to the final report...everything thoroughly was laid out and explained. It was easy to collect and return my water sample. I received notification of its arrival to the company followed by a thorough evaluation and report for my system. It was money well spent. I highly recommend this company.

On time with analysis but seems a bit pricey.

Dear Allan thanks for your review. We appreciate your feedback. Cyclopure keeps our water test kit as affordable as possible. We haven't raised the price in five years. All postage, and analytics for 55 PFAS measured to <1ppt. for $79. We've been told it's the lowest price for accurate screening on the market. Let us know if you find another test kit for a lower price! Thanks!
