My concerns began when my fees were processed through an eastern European country. Once I was assured the program wasn't a total ripoff scam, and I examined the "program" I discovered it was boiler plate cycling conditioning program with little, if any, customization which integrated my own cycling history, my age, or even conditioning and weight target goals. As for the "diet" aspect, it isn't. Generic advice to just eat 1500 calories a day and cycle X times a week for X amount of time could be found on dozens of web sites via a basic Google search. Not worth the fees paid. I was offered "additional" customization for additional fees, even though the original program advertising presented itself as a real weight loss program. So, anyone wishing to pay me similar fees here's what you're paying for: "Exercise more, eat less." I accept Paypal and cash.

No es una app. La pagina no es amigable. El plan no es explicativo ni descargable. Mi experiencia no ha sido buena. Tenía muchas expectativas con el conjunto de plan nutricional diario y plan de ejercicio diario peroneso no ocurre. No hay alarmas ni mensajes con tips. En general no ha sido util!

It doesn’t have a guide for what diet to do each day. You can exercise not knowing what to eat in a particular day. That makes the program not a dietary program but a training one. The name is misleading
