Total scam
Total scam. Look at the outrageous reply I got when I protested them taking a recurring fee that I never approved “ We want to bring to your attention that you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions before purchasing, which indicated the recurring charges as well (- paragraph 5, articles from 5.8.1 to 5.8.4).” I wish someone could take legal action against them

I have to pay 50% without getting a service. If the product doesn't convince me and I haven't used it, there should be no costs.
