I am not the only one after read the recent reviews from other buyers, order placed # 1692 almost one month ago no dispatch notice as yet, has to take legal action to request refund now

Failed to deliver, no communication from support, no refund
Edit: Dec 02, 2021. Still haven't received the refund. Again, apologies will make a difference only when they are converted to corrective actions. Edit: Nov 08, 2021. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Been 3 weeks since they told me that the refund was done but I have not received the refund yet. Tried customer support again but no response. This really isn't the way to win back anyone's trust. Seeing recent comments, this seems to be a widespread problem, so is there any way to report these scammers to the authorities for criminal action? ----- I placed an order in early September and I have still not received their dispatch notification. They took the payment but there is no update on delivering the product. I am looking for legal resources to recover my money.

Very poor communication
Very poor communication. Lost my product multiple times. Would not answer email inquiries or return phone calls.

Hi there Aimee. We sincerely apologize for the hassle you had to go through to access support. We had a wave of severe service disruptions and we are still actively working against them. Anyway, for orders that have been over delayed, we have decided to issue full refunds for the Orders. Again, we apologize for your predicament and really hoped we could have served you better at the quality standard Cyburthur is known for.

I am using the chair from last months
I am using the chair from last months. Really this is the best office chair I have tried ever and it is a really great price. 10/10 recommended.

Sticker was faulty!
It was a nice sticker but the edges of it we're all stuck to the inside of the packaging and separating when I received it So when applied the edges didn't stick properly as they were already previously stuck to the plastic in the package!! I could barely get it out of the wrapper without wrinkling it or ripping😞 and shipping was slow! The design was nice that's about it! I don't plan to order from this company again and I didn't make a complaint as I'm sure nothing would be done about it anyway🤷‍♀️

Excellent chair
Excellent chair, gorgeous packaging. Overall a great chair from what I can tell. Nice tilt, easy to adjust height, and great look. Way more impressed than I thought I'd be.

I order a sofa on Aug 26th
I order a sofa on Aug 26th, now it is October I still have not receive the sofa. It’s original ETA was 20-30 days. It has passed the ETA date. I have asked their customer support but no real answers on when they can ship the sofa plus I can not cancel the order. So how much longer do I need to wait and let my son sleep on a chair ???

Anyway, we are still working on them but to avoid further delay, we have refunded all Order placed in August that have not yet shipped. Hoping to serve you better in the coming future.
