I asked for renewal to be cancelled and you did not cancel it. I have been charged for something I am not using. I emailed again upon being charged and email has been ignored. Now I will have change my card to prevent being charged again!!

So far excellent! I have built several websites over the years as a self-taught novice and decided to seek a new Theme and templates. Cyberchimp was by far the best that I found and the price is very competetive. I am sure that I will soon be upgrading from single site licence and using this theme on my othe domains.

Based on upgrades to the plug-ins my site stopped working. Upon opening up a ticket the support staff addressed the issues by providing an interim patch and some code that could be applied. They also provided guidance for some configuration changes that I had made when trying to identify a solution when the site originally broke.
