My recent experience with Alejandro was amazing. I returned an item. Sent an email to customer service asking when to expect my refund since 2 weeks had passed. The same day I sent the email he responded apologizing for the return department being backed up. He obtained the return for me and sent the refund to my credit card co.

The personalized customer service that this company offers if fantastic. When I mistakenly ordered the wrong color in a pair of pants, they quickly exchanged them. When the new pants came and they were a size small, they exchanged them again. High quality products plus great service for the win!

Someone responded to my email the same day with helpful information and unexpectedly offered to expedite my return processing, which I thought was a nice touch.
