Not willing to compromise on a wrong order

I got some custom woven tags to help brand my products. Website is easy to use and I got exactly what I needed to help brand my custom products. Also, the free 100 tags was a huge plus ! Thank You . I will definitely do business again.

I am very frustrated with this company. They promise quick turnaround but it has taken weeks for them to even get my order to the production phase. At first, they got my instructions wrong. Then when I rejected the proposal and gave them the proper dimensions (which were in the original request), they came back (days later) with a request for approval without any changes made. Then I had to have a conversation with someone in customer service who insisted that I was incorrect, when in fact I triple checked my entry. Then, the "sample image" they sent me was terrible. The colors were so dull and dark, while our logo is very bright. To get them to take a picture of the patch rather than a scan is going to take 2-4 business days and then if I need to actually make changes it'll take ANOTHER 2-4 business days. It's been a very frustrating process and I will not use them again.
