Not willing to compromise on a wrong order

I have used this company for three orders now and 2 of 3 were unacceptable. On my last (& final with this company) order of woven patches, the rep I worked with changed my design to weird colors and it took three tries to get it right. I have no idea why this happened or why the colors were even being changed! (I should have asked for a refund at that point.) After all this, I received the wrong backing color on my order. It was just unbelievable. They agreed to refund 50% of my order total but have yet to do so, over a week later.
