April 20: Still nothing.

I ordered some tags a week before my daughter started school (which I thought was more than enough time) to receive an email a week after they had been ordered that they had finally despatched, I’m waiting and waiting for the labels to come(my daughter has already started school at this point) and they never did so I sent an email questioning the whereabouts of my order, it stated I would have a response in 24hours which I never did, I then called customer service who were extremely blunt, I didn’t even get an apology for the inconvenience. I would not recommend a company that thinks so little of their customers to not even reply or apologise when they are at fault.

We have used Custom Woven Labels to produce our hang tags for several years. Our first experience was great but the last two re orders have been a nightmare as for whatever reason they can not re produce the same quality product as in the past. The sales staff is always polite and willing to re do but very frustrating. Re orders without any changes should not be this hard.

I am very frustrated with this company. They promise quick turnaround but it has taken weeks for them to even get my order to the production phase. At first, they got my instructions wrong. Then when I rejected the proposal and gave them the proper dimensions (which were in the original request), they came back (days later) with a request for approval without any changes made. Then I had to have a conversation with someone in customer service who insisted that I was incorrect, when in fact I triple checked my entry. Then, the "sample image" they sent me was terrible. The colors were so dull and dark, while our logo is very bright. To get them to take a picture of the patch rather than a scan is going to take 2-4 business days and then if I need to actually make changes it'll take ANOTHER 2-4 business days. It's been a very frustrating process and I will not use them again.
