I was looking to get labels made and found them through a search. Placed the order, approved the initial artwork and upon submitting it realized I needed a different cut option, to make it look better for my business. I emailed customer service and they changed my cut option. They arrived that they look fantastic!

Quality of the labels were great, and the estimated production time w/ shipping was on schedule.

I have used this company for three orders now and 2 of 3 were unacceptable. On my last (& final with this company) order of woven patches, the rep I worked with changed my design to weird colors and it took three tries to get it right. I have no idea why this happened or why the colors were even being changed! (I should have asked for a refund at that point.) After all this, I received the wrong backing color on my order. It was just unbelievable. They agreed to refund 50% of my order total but have yet to do so, over a week later.

The quality of the labels are great, they execute them perfectly. Takes a little longer than I would like, but worth the wait.
