We ordered our 500 woven labels which were said to be here in 2 weeks and ended up taking 3+ weeks. Now, the time they took is not what bothered me but moreso the response time via email from their team. I would send an email Monday of the week and not hear back on a status update until a second email was sent that Friday. Which then I was told they would ship next week. After, not being updated with a tracking # the following week, I emailed once more requesting for it. I never heard back until the labels arrived on their own the week after that. With that said, I love the labels and they look great, but their customer service was just way less responsive than other companies we have dealt with in the past.

When we decided we wanted to design a small label for our youth group to use as a small sew in tag for their outreach program I was expecting a complicated process to get them made. Customers woven labels website was really easy to use, they emailed a sample with easy instructions if you needed changes and in 13 days we had the finished product in our hands. They look great and we're really decently priced. We will definitely use this service again
