Custom Web GuruReviews of customwebguru.com

My dream of a healthy food delivery app wouldn't have been possible without this incredible team of developers. They built a user-friendly app that's streamlined and intuitive, boosting my user base and orders significantly, Thanks, guys!

This company services webbrandedsstudios.com leads. I prepaid them for a full website and they blocked me and won't respond anymore. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM. I have all proof. They won't even just finish the website I asked for AND PAID FOR.

Update as if 9-14-23. It looks like Custom Web Guru is now denying that I had these problems. Time to go to Jeff Rosen, the District Attorney of Santa Clara County and the city of San Jose to report fraud. All of this is in writing back and forth with Ethan who promised in writing a return of $644. I have dealt with Sean, Paul and customer service who are all well aware of my paying the company and the problems. This company is not recommended. They have not worked accurately or in a timely manor. They have failed to return a promised $644. The bank is having to force a return causing an enormous amount of work and effort. This has been a wasted 11 weeks. Non existent customer service from my experience. Ethan will sell you and give his personal guarantee that is not worth anything. Also operating under Premium Log 360 LLC

I genuinely enjoyed the process & excellent customer service that went along with creating a logo for my business. Alex was very helpful and understood the concept of my vision. I love how they take the time to get your input instead of just throwing something together.

An excellent organization to work with! The originators had made every one of the changes I've requested in the interim and have concocted a few phenomenal plans for my logo! Matthew was great to work with and had done all that I asked him to, while surpassing my assumptions! The fashioners will continue to work until the client is 100 percent fulfilled! I suggest! There was one place where I needed to several guidelines, however he fixed the blunder in the span of a day, followed through with my responsibility in record time, and exceeded everyone's expectations to do right by the undertaking. The finished venture is more appealing and more normal than anything I'd gotten from the other two organizations I attempted. With everything taken into account, I most certainly plan to work with Matthew J Perry for my future recordings and urge my business organization to do likewise, and I energetically suggest him.

Excellent job completing my logo work. Fast, professional and friendly service. Also made me aware of their other service offerings with no pressure sale. They also helped me with jersey design and great quote.

I worked with Jordan and from the first day talking to him I felt comfortable using this company. He explained everything in depth when questions were asked, did everything I asked of him and then some. Would recommend Jordan and this company to anybody. He really made this whole process a breeze!

Alex was patient and very attentive. I enjoy working with professionals. It will be Custom Guru for my future endeavors. Regards Ardenne Palmer DBA: Kingston DelicioUS ( FUEL4-STRUCTURE )
