I always have great luck with Custom
I always have great luck with Custom! Shane, and all of my sales staff are great. They will always try to accommodate any request even if it is pulling new equipment into their rental fleet. You get the "good, small company service with the large company backing"

Another painless purchase.
Once again Robert Cohen at Custom Truck One Source has come through for us, helping us find a new crane for our tree business. I highly recommend their service and their trucks! This will be our 4th Fleet member from Custom truck, we should make a poster. Kari McKay Total Tree Care of Iowa City

Duane has been informative and very quick to respond. He passed our info to Gary in Finance and Gary reached out within and hour of signing the RBO. We have worked with Gary in the past and he is always a pleasure to work with. They are honestly acting like they want to earn our business and that is hard to find in todays world.
