Custom Truck One SourceReviews of customtruck.com

Mike was a huge help. He is very knowledgeable. He helped provide me with information on a variety of trucks. He spent a lot of time explaining features and how those features benefitted me. I trust him and know he cares about his buyers. I ultimately didn’t buy from him but found him to be a trustworthy, caring and experienced resource.

neil modenbach was very helpful i hope the truck turns out great

Well this is my first bucket truck that I'm buying but I really believe the custom truck guys they really professional they working so hard so I can get exactly what I need I'm really excited

Rudy was very helpful in the end and provided me with the information that I needed to complete the sale. I appreciate his willingness to help.

When our one and only chip truck took a fatal blow.. We needed a chip truck asap. Custom truck one source made it happen. They quickly located and got us out one in less then a week. Thanks Chris and Gary.

All and All My Experience With Custom One was Very Good! Any of Employees at the facility went over and Above to take care of our Needs And Questions / and Purchasing Needs. However our Salesman Joe Boatright has to many Smart remarks and was not Very Pleasant to deal with and I think if and when I do it again I would choose someone different.

I would like to start out by saying thanks to Custom Truck One Source and on that note, appreciate the time they put into getting a truck to fit our needs as our company is growing steady even in a world that is so insecure and changing vastly. I would like also to thank Tommy Sims for listening to the request that we made on the details off the equipment needed to be added on the truck and the concerns we had and thanks for the time spent on making sure we got the best truck for our needs. The only thing that keep a 5star review was I would liked to have seen better pics of the trucks on line and pics of the different types of accessories for these trucks, like the welder, lube skids, boom, lights, etc...

Great experience, Alan was wonderful to work with! I only had one minor issue and I past that along to Alan for him to address.
