Custom Truck One SourceReviews of customtruck.com

The ability to meet onsite in a moments notice and to then go from Blufton to Canton in the same day and look at additional resources that may be of value to us. Down side is the availability of the equipment for rental use and the right size plus issue of having a piece of equipment arrive and use for an hour and the cylinder becoming unusable. So the mob fee and rental was a waste of time now that we have internal resources available. Just bad timing for breakdown. Not a fault of anyone

Daylon contacted us & let me know that he had located a truck that fit our needs & was available for purchase.

DB Tech Inc has always had a good working relationship with NESCO through Many years of renting and purchasing Fiber optic installation equipment. We are located in New Mexico and I want to stay under the 26,000 GVRW as we do not run any CDL trucks.

Matt has been very good to deal with. Gets me information as fast as he can get it from the plant.

Process was delayed many times particularly at contract preparation. Took a long time to make changes and confirm build spec. Paper work was full of errors and proved nearly impossible to remedy. No follow up. On anything. When deposit check was sent nobody let me know they got it! I had to check with my bank to confirm it was cashed! All in all I had to really chase people on this one.

I am happy with the recent purchase of a T800 crane truck and dolly. The sales representative (David Watkins) was knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful with ensuring it met the requirements, didn't allow me to over-purchase, and assisted with stepping me through the purchasing process. The level of professionalism in dealing with Custom Truck was best in class. The only reason not to give a 5 star was during transporting the truck to the location a design method with locking a gear in place allowed the unit to become damaged rendering the crane truck inoperable for a few days while a fix for the problem was being implemented.
