Wow I was very disappointed. I was asked if I wanted to reserve the truck while the financing was being worked out so that no one else could purchase, onlto find out after placing a hard inquiry on my credit that the truck was sold to someone else… This is very disheartening and we were without a truck….ugh

Have appreciated the relationship and reliability, except for the last 8-12 months... The relationship and reliability have been thrown out the window. 1. We have had a truck sold out from under us (that we had signed buyers order on)... 2. Pricing on the exact same model truck has increased $22,000. Being a dealer of these specific trucks, we know that prices have not gone up nearly this much. 3. Promised trucks in 2nd quarter - Once we received VIN#'s, we were able to track trucks and found out they wouldn't be delivered until 4th quarter at best.

Looking to buy four trucks , custom truck had one available. Agreed to purchase the one truck that was available they emailed papers signed and returned, two days later they called to inform me the truck was already spoken for.

One of the WORST buying experiences I've ever had. We purchased 2 brand new 567's (quite a bit of $) & the process went a little like this: - They originally sent one correct truck & one incorrect truck (wrong color). - When they were finally ready to be picked up, neither had any diesel fuel... nor did they offer to fill them up. You'd think half a mill would get you some fuel these days, but I guess not. - Then the real fun began... one truck made it about 15 miles down the road before warning lights & sensors started blaring. Ended up being a bad EGR & was in the shop for a few weeks (quite a bit of lost revenue). - The other truck didn't last much longer & the solenoid needed work. - The wiring connections for the dump latches went out not once, but TWICE. - Last but (probably not least) the pintle hitch, which was 45 days late, was assembled incorrectly. I understand that COVID has severely messed up the supply chain, but it seemed to be one empty promise after another, lack of communication & poor assemblage. Overall very, VERY disappointing experience on such a large investment.

Recently purchased a used 2020 quad axle and so far this truck has been a headache. First day I work the truck, the check engine comes on. Call custom truck and they say they can’t check out the light so they tell me to go to peterbilt dealership. I purchased a warranty they recommend and of course it doesn’t cover maintenance. I pay 1400 out of pocket to get the problem fixed and the following day the light comes back. Pay 4K for more maintenance to be done that custom truck could have done when they had the truck & now the light has come back on. Definitely won’t recommend this dealer to anyone & won’t be going back to them.

We have a signed sales order for a digger derrick but no truck. The same unit was sold to two different customers. The folks at Custom Truck need more experience in this business. Maybe things will get better when Nesco takes over but at this point, I would not recommend this company.

Richard Uribe, horrible service. I mentioned to him about the importance of working on loan. He didnt answer my calls, texts, or e-mails in a timely manner. I've opted to buy truck from another dealer.

Custom Truck was vigilant and responsive during the sales process. They followed up with emails, phone calls and text messages. The communication fell apart after the sale was completed and we were awaiting delivery of the truck. We had conversation about the expected delivery date a week before the date, days before the date, even the day before the date. The day of the delivery, it was very difficult to get a clear answer out of the salesman, Matt Mayoros. His proactive approach to the sales process changed to a disappointing, reactive state of mind. He blamed everyone else for the delay of the truck delivery. Unfortunately, we had to fly a driver to Denver just to ensure we would receive the truck, period. Communication is key!! We haven't received a single apology for the inconvenience or personal visit from the salesman regarding this issue. I would never purchase another truck from Custom Truck unless something drastically changes in the future.
