The truck broke down. We had to wait for over a week to get it repaired. We lost about 10 days of work due to the delay in getting the right part delivered.

Our bid process took an unusually long time from past experiences with ted at Cranewoks/Rentalworks. It was also wrong due to LoadKings calculations more than once. Final numbers also were wrong prior to wire transfer. In all the process was very disconnected from the past. I deal with them quite often, and I am to assume this was due to them brokering the deal and Custom being new to the process. We pick the truck up Monday, so hopefully all goes well. Thanks for assistance.

My experience started of great. Paul Beck my salesperson, replied back to me and answered all my questions and stayed in touch. We worked up a deal, I paid the agreed upon price. I elected to fly to Ft Worth and pick up the truck at your location there. Due to Covid 19 restrictions I had to do the transactions outside, no problem. The problem is I had called the day ahead of time to make sure the truck was ready for my arrival. Upon arriving I called and signed the paperwork, the truck was brought around for my inspection. The truck was very dirty including the inside and windshield, additionally I only had36 miles till I would of ran out of fuel. knowing I was driving across country, and paying $126,500.00 I would of thought it would of been fueled and cleaned so I could see out of the windshield. Additionally I had requested someone be able to give me a lesson on the use or operation of the truck since I was not familiar with Versalifts trucks. I was showed how to turn on the PTO switch and that was about it. Person was not familiar with haw to operate the Inverter, and I was told to read the Manual. I asked about a high whining sound coming from under the truck, and was told that is the 10 speed transmission sound and was normal and it would take time to get use to. I was then given direction to nearest Gas Station. I finished checking out truck, tire pressure lights and getting familiar with the inside and left. Over the past 25 years with Kent Sign Co., I have bought numerous trucks from around the country. I have never received one as dirty as this one or unfueled. Additionally we have always been given a quick demo on the operation of each and every truck. Sales was great, the delivering was sub standard.

Riley, first off I want to thank you for providing feedback as this how we get better. I am so sorry that you had a negative experience in Fort Worth. I am personally based out of that office and I can assure you that is not the service we strive for in Texas. Please know that your feedback has been sent to our Regional Vice President as well as the General Manager of the Fort Worth office to be used as a learning experience so that something like this doesn't occur. We appreciate your business and you should soon be hearing from the Fort Worth team. -JC
