I travel often and rarely use travel agents, but have to say it was the best choice for our trip to French Polynesia! Jackie was so informative, gave great recommendations, and always replied to questions quickly during the planning process. Our trip was absolutley perfect and I would recommend Custom Tahiti Travel to anyone looking for the perfect trip to Bora Bora!

Custom Tahiti did an awesome job organizing our trip. Everything was taken care of from car rides to flights to excursions. They were able to recommend the best excursions and hotels. Would definitely recommend to anybody!

Very good experience and customer service all the requests I made were realized. I would recommend them for anyone who plans on travelling to French Polynesia!

We enjoyed a wonderful visit to Vahine Island and Bora Bora with the help of Custom Tahiti. I told them what we want, and they put together a great package so we didn't have to worry about anything, and included was a snorkel trip and lovely dinner as a gift. My emails were answered promptly, even on a week-end, and everyone involved was courteous. Highly recommended.

We worked with Stewart at Custom Tahiti Travel to plan our February 2018 honeymoon. From the outset, Stewart was extremely responsive, listened to our wants/needs, made several adjustments to help us craft exactly the trip we were looking for, and provided great advice on all aspects of our trip. The information they provide throughout the entire planning and prep process is thorough and helpful. Our trip came off smoothly, and whatever minor issues came up (e.g., weather-related), it was great to have local contacts to help us work them out. I found the rates to be competitive, and definitely worth it for the service and peace of mind knowing that our plans were put in place by experts with a lot of experience. (I consider myself a planner, and this was the kind of trip I was glad to not have tried to "go it alone.) Would highly recommend!

We went to Bora Bora on our honeymoon a few years back and now to celebrate an anniversary! We booked the trip on our own last time, but it was much easier this time working with professionals (we worked mostly with Stewart). He was especially helpful when the airline changed our flight to Tahiti. We ended up with a 16 hour delay out of LAX. Grrrr .. not a fun way to start a trip! Custom Tahiti took care of everything. They got us a hotel in LA and a hotel room in Tahiti paid for by the airline. They quickly rescheduled everything for our trip so we did not have to do a thing. We did miss our first night at the St. Regis because of the delay. Stewart had encouraged us to buy travel insurance and we are glad we did! We will be able to get reimbursed for the lost night. The St. Regis is top notch and we are loving it! Beautiful place for a blissful rest. This is our second time here and it is even better thanks to the great staff and our amazing butler.

This is the second time we have used Custom Tahiti in the last three years. We deal with J. Stewart Stanier and we couldn’t be happier. They are quick to respond and always have time to answer any question’s you have. Once we get to Tahiti everything goes smoothly and as expected.

We are so happy that we chose Custom Tahiti Travel for our trip to Bora Bora for our honeymoon. It was the greatest trip of our lives. They helped set up everything that we needed for our trip. They booked our flights and rooms at the resort which ensured no stress on our end. They provided plenty of information to ensure all questions were answered and were always available if we needed them. The process was so easy and I would absolutely recommend them if you are making a trip to Tahiti. I know we will be using them again when we decide to go back for a future anniversary trip.
