Great company and product ,

Instead of going through the self-serve design process on the website, we just described the socks we wanted in words and the staff sent us a mockup. Had no idea how to use the website, but they got us a mockup we liked in good time, and in the end we were very happy with the socks!

I had such a great experience ordering from Custom Sock Shop! Jason handles my many phone calls and changes with ease. I highly recommend them!

Overall, I had a great experience with Custom Sock Shop. I found the website easy to use and had the opportunity to approve designs with the service member who helped me. I did upload and approve an online proof, but the socks I got were quite different from what I was expecting. The design and knit was heavier and more clunky than most novelty socks. I wish I would've either spent more time on the website searching for the right kind of sock or gotten more feedback and advice from the service rep. I would order from Custom Sock Shop again, but will make sure to get a different sock option and not approve the order until all my questions have been asked and answered!

I ordered Breast cancer socks for my sons football team. Unfortunately, the first game for BCA month fell on a Sunday and I didn't read/understand well enough that items are not time stamped (for production & shipping) from order date. They are from the artwork approval (usually 24-48 hours later) and it's only business days (weekends are not included in the time frame). This put our order to arrive a day or 2 after the game. After some (not so nice on both our parts) back & forth with the co-owner he rushed shipped out order as a courtesy to get the socks to our team in time. While I would order from them again (solely based on the co-owners willingness to work through the issue) I would order with at least 3-4 weeks time allotment.

They were in good communication with me to get my design the way I wanted. However, I used the youth size chart and ordered the 15 minimum of medium. They were huge! They could fit an adult. I did wash them and they may have shrunk slightly but still huge. Also, I ordered hot pink and they were more of a rose pink. The neon green turned out great!

They made a great product and were very attentive to what it would turn out as. They even offered me alternative with photos of the fabrics when they thought it was going to be too dark. And thankfully they did because what we decided on was perfect. It would have been way too dark. Only wish they would have been in contact more during production with updates. They didn't contact me during the two weeks of production and I sent them an email slightly worried but they responded promptly with a finished by date and confirmation.

Custom Sock really helped my husband with customized socks for his soccer team. The kids look so cute!
