Ordered a puzzle on 4/7/2020 and shipped 4/14/2020. Supposedly it was coming from California but 14 days later I have received nothing. Info says should’ve been received a week ago, then yesterday and now no info. Messaged customer service and they just keep saying wait a couple more days. Shipping sucks!!! And now no response from them.

I placed an order on April 8. I paid for express shipping. I have emailed twice with slow response to my email asking about my order. I received an email on April 14, stating the order shipped ( reminder I paid for EXPRESS SHIPPING) and it is now April 20th and the email stated that it would be 8-12 more days. There is NOTHING express about this company. Very disappointed and I don’t even have the product yet.

Terrible company! Products arrived several days later than promised (thus missing the holiday for which I planned to give them as gifts). Even worse was the shockingly low quality of the socks--they were as thin as ladies nylons, and the custom images were poorly applied (edges were unclear, portions of the image were cut off). I tried MULTIPLE times with their customer service to get a refund and was refused each time. Have not had such bad service in many years. Do not waste your time and money!

I can’t make my own socks easily and it doesn’t give me a selection to see the price for socks And I can’t choose my type of socks

I told Vanessa I needed these socks by Monday (with the specific date) for a special event,( also said cancel if you can not get it done) it is now Thursday my team is leaving tonight for their competition without their custom socks. Very disappointed :(

I have asked for a quote and other information but no one has bothered to reply, now 2 days

I ordered socks with the word Once and was sent with One.

Avoid this company. Terrible product and customer service! The custom socks didn’t fit and were poorly made.
