Frustrating that I ordered this 2 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I reached out to customer support and they said it takes 5-10 days for manufacturing. It has been 10 days and still no word on my order.

I ordered a keychain on January 6, 2022 and as of February 6, 2022 my order has yet to even be shipped. I waited until January 23, 2022 to reach out to customer service about an update on my order since it had been awhile and knew they were a small business so things can get hectic sometimes. I was told by “Laila” that she would tell the fulfillment team and then didn’t hear anything back until I again messaged them 4 days later and was told by “Laila” once again that there was an error made during the process and it would be a few more days. It has now been a week and I’ve emailed them asking to cancel and get a refund or ship my product as this seems like a scam or just a garbage business. After reading reviews, it seems like “Laila” is the complaint from most people and they might want to consider getting rid of her. I will update if I actually get the order or not.

Custom Pet Gifts scammed me. I ordered two keychains and a blanket. Over a month later, I got a ripped blanket in the mail with no keychains. I reached out via email and fb messenger and demanded a full refund. Then "Laila" tells me she wants a picture of the entire blanket after I sent her the damaged portion. I refused because I know from previous reviews that she will deem it "appropriate" and refuse my refund. Then she told me they were finalizing the details of my two keychains to be shipped separately a week from now. BS!!! It all cost me over 80 bucks! DISGUSTING company, scammers, shipping from CHINA and charging 40+$ for a cheap blanket that costs probably 20 cents! "Laila" thinks we are stupid. DO NOT BUY PLEASE!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The ad clearly said that if the picture provided would not work for engraving they would let me know. I finally received the keychain and could not make out the picture. It looked like a blob and I was not happy. I reached out to Laila C. and told her how i felt and wanted to return. Her response was that she thought it looked fine. I'm the customer and I am not happy and wanted to return it and that is all she had to say. Beware! They clearly don't care about your satisfaction.

Was sent the wrong size chain, the customer service person was pretty rude . It took making a video on Instagram to get any kind of resolution. They sent me a new chain after I had already purchased a different one from a store near me. There are other companies and independent artists doing pet photo jewelry. I recommend shopping around.

When ordering the keychain the website had an estimated arrival time of 5-10 business days. It took 25 days to receive the keychain. I ordered as birthday gift 2 and a half weeks before the birthday and it did not arrive on time. When speaking with customer service 14 days after placing the order (10 of which were business days) I asked the employee if once the item was completed they could overnight the shipment to arrive on time. She never replied. I asked for an update and she said the item is in the final stages of production and will be shipped out soon. Never acknowledging the overnight shipment request. The item final arrived 25 days after placing the order. 5 days late for the birthday present. (The keychain looks great) Customer service and time of production are not so great.

SCAM! I ordered two necklaces almost a month ago. When I was first placing the order, “Laila” was in touch to get my credit card information. After that, I have not been able to reach them. There is no update on my order and no reply to any of my emails. I will be contacting my bank for fraud alert. Such a sad sad state of affairs. People getting personalized products are obviously doing this because the pet is close to their heart. I was looking forward to honoring my beloved dog who passed. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE UNETHICAL SCAMMERS!
