I have been trying to get a hold of customer service because I have gotten no updates on my order. I ordered my stuff back on Black Friday. It was supposed to be Christmas presents for my loved ones, but now I do not know. This is getting ridiculous.

I have yet to receive my order which was placed on 10/19/24 and it is now 11/30/24. It says 5 to 10 day shipping from the order date then 3 to 5 days once shipped. I received no email or explanation to why it was delayed. I’m sad because I ordered before and never had this issue. I’m very disappointed!!

Highly discouraged. Besides waiting over a month to receive the order, the keychain is extremely small. I'm very disappointed because I was supposed to deliver it in early November, but it wasn’t possible. I would suggest ensuring the ability to fulfill orders before exporting.

I placed my order around Oct 3, was quoted to receive it by Oct 18 (needed it by then for a friends bday gift). Its now Nov 15, NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. Customer service only responded with automated responses. I ordered a keychain from them a couple years ago for my brother, and it came out so cute, so I wanted to order one for my friend this year, so I am very disappointed that my order never arrived. I filed a complaint with my bank and had them refund me the money since it has been over a month and a half since the order was placed, and never received the order.

They have been consistently excessively late on my last two orders. I asked for a status update and only got a generic answer that didn’t take into account that I’ve been waiting a month for my order.
